A different Mexican dish every weekday: Monday taco feast ($250 MXN), Tuesday birria ($180), Wednesday ceviches ($280), Thursday burritos ($200–250) and Friday pozole ($200). Saturday and Sunday are mondongo, pancita and menudo ($100) from 7:00 am until the pot runs out. Av. Cobá, Tulum Centro.

Monday is taco feast: trompo, suadero and campechano on small handmade tortillas. The plate is $250 MXN. Open 7:00 am to 11:00 pm on Av. Cobá, Tulum Centro.
What day is birria at Suspiro Tulum?
Tuesday. The birria comes with consommé on the side and meat that falls apart. $180 MXN, all day during restaurant hours.
What day are ceviches at Suspiro Tulum?
Wednesday. Catch of the day, lime and chile. $280 MXN.
What day is pozole at Suspiro Tulum?
Friday. Cacahuazintle corn, red or white, with radish, oregano, onion and lime. $200 MXN.
When is mondongo at Suspiro Tulum?
Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 am until the pot runs out. The pot goes on at 5:00 am. $100 MXN a bowl. No reservation needed, but it sells out — arrive early.
